This 1-hour training is interactive, allowing participants to “walk a mile” in the shoes of someone living with Dementia. The participants will wear specially altered eyewear and gloves to mimic the physical conditions your residents'/family members may experience. They will practice non-verbal communication and complete a series of tasks under challenging circumstances.
